All India, and to 28 countries worldwide — including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, the UAE, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Israel, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway and across the European Union. If your country is not offered at checkout, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange something.

Cost within India

  • Orders Rs.1,999 and above: free
  • Orders below Rs.1,999: flat Rs.79

Cost outside India

Tracked air freight, charged by parcel weight:

  • Up to 1 kg (one saree): Rs.1,800
  • 1 to 2.5 kg (two or three pieces): Rs.3,200
  • Over 2.5 kg: Rs.4,800

Import duties and local taxes

Duties and local taxes are not included in the price you pay us and are payable by you when the parcel arrives in your country. Every country sets these differently, and your local customs authority is the only reliable source for what you will owe. We declare every parcel honestly, at the price you actually paid. We will not under-declare a shipment or mark it as a gift.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2 PM IST on a working day are usually dispatched the same day; after that, the next working day. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery estimates

  • Tamil Nadu: 2 to 3 working days
  • South India (Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Puducherry): 3 to 5 working days
  • Rest of India: 4 to 7 working days
  • North East, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, island territories: 7 to 10 working days
  • Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, Hong Kong: 5 to 9 working days
  • UK, EU, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan: 7 to 14 working days

These are the courier’s working estimates, not guarantees. Festival weeks, weather and customs clearance all add days; we will tell you if we know your parcel is running late.

Tracking

You will get a tracking link by email and on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel leaves us.

Address accuracy and failed delivery

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was reachable, we will contact you to re-ship; re-shipping is charged at actual courier cost. For international parcels refused or abandoned at customs, we can refund the item value once the parcel reaches us, but not the outbound freight or any duties already incurred.

Damage in transit

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening if you can, and message us the same day. We will replace or refund in full.
