These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with SLM Boutique. By placing an order you accept them.

2. Products and description

We describe every piece as accurately as we can, including the characteristics of woven and printed cloth. Colours may vary between screens and daylight. Most pieces are stocked in very small numbers — sometimes a single length. If something sells out between your order and our packing, we will contact you and refund in full.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. If a price is listed in obvious error we will contact you before dispatch, and you may cancel without penalty.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, where the delivery address cannot be served, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment gateway. We do not receive or store your card or UPI credentials.

6. Shipping and returns

Governed by our shipping policy and refund policy, which form part of these conditions. In summary: free shipping over Rs.1,999, 2–10 working days depending on destination, and 7 days from delivery to raise a return.

7. Intellectual property

All photographs, text, designs, and the SLM Boutique name and mark on this site belong to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use this site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, or place orders using another person’s identity or payment method.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law. Subject to that, our liability in respect of any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.

10. Personal data

Handled under our privacy policy and our Data Protection and Your Rights notice, written for India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Erode, Tamil Nadu.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
